为了观察体育运动对精神分裂症康复的影响 ,于 1998年 4月～ 2000年 1月对此作了如下研究 ,现将研究结果报告如下 . rn1 对象与方法 rn1.1 对象 1998年 4月～ 2000年 1月期间住院患者 ,均符合 CCMD -2 -R精神分裂症诊断标准 , 经过一阶段抗精神病药物治疗后 , 运用阴性和阳性症状量表 ( PANSS) 评分≤ 45分 , 运动前锥体外系症状轻微 , 体格检查及实验室检查 ( 血尿常规、肝功、心脑电图 ) 结果均正常 . 排除器质性病变、药物滥用 . 其中男 12例 , 女 8例 , 年龄 18～ 47岁 (30.8± 8.9)岁 , 总病程 9个月～ 5年 (3.3± 1.6)年 .
