本文应用旋毛虫幼虫可溶性抗原进行ELISA检测122份旋毛虫病人血清,抗体阳性率为83.61%。发病后第1周抗体阳性率只有61.11%,第2周则升至80.95%,至第4、5周时已分别达92.31%和100%,平均OD值亦有明显升高。囊虫病人和健康人血清均为阴性反应。丝虫、华支睾吸虫及并殖吸虫病人的假阳性反应率分别为5.26%、2.7%及23.53%。旋毛虫病人治疗后1周的抗体阳性率及平均OD值均比治疗前明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),此现象可视为是一个治疗有效的客观指标,可用于本病的近期疗效考核。从治疗后4周抗体水平开始下降,至治疗后8周抗体阳性率及平均OD值均比治疗后2周显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),提示ELISA对本病的远期疗效考核也有一定价值。
In this paper, Trichinella spiralis larvae soluble antigens were used to detect serum of 122 Trichinella strains, the positive rate of antibody was 83.61%. The positive rate of antibody in the first week after onset was only 61.11%, rising to 80.95% in the second week and reaching 92.31% and 100% respectively in the first and fourth week. The mean OD value also increased significantly. Cysticercosis patients and healthy human serum were negative. False positive reaction rates of filarial, Clonorchis sinensis and paragonimiasis were 5.26%, 2.7% and 23.53% respectively. The antibody positive rate and average OD value of Trichinella patients one week after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05, P <0.01), and this phenomenon can be regarded as a therapeutically effective objective index In the recent course of disease assessment. From 4 weeks after treatment, antibody levels began to decline, and the antibody positive rate and the average OD value at 8 weeks after treatment decreased significantly (P <0.05, P <0.01) Long-term efficacy assessment also has some value.
