焦作市新时代高速公路有限公司成立于2002年12月,是隶属于焦作市政府直接领导的国有独资企业。公司主要负责“郑州-焦作-晋城”高速公路的征费、养护和路政管理,同时承担高速公路建设、城市道路改造、净影风景区保护开发等任务。公司所管理的“郑州-焦作-晋城”高速公路工程起于107国道郑州黄河大桥北,止于省界山西晋城高速公路,全长约73公里,总投资约26亿元。该工程建设在河南省公路建设史上开创了“三个第一”:第一条由地方自筹资金建设;第一次进行景观设计:第一次进行设计招标。达到了“三线一廊”目标:一条繁忙的公路运输线;一条靓丽的风景线;
Founded in December 2002, Jiaozuo New Era Highway Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned enterprise directly under the leadership of Jiaozuo City Government. The company is mainly responsible for the “Zhengzhou - Jiaozuo - Jincheng” highway levy, conservation and road management, at the same time take the highway construction, urban road reconstruction, net Shadow Scenic Area protection and development tasks.
