在新时代下,高职院校面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战,高职院校中的教学管理直接影响着人才的整体质量。目前,高职院校的教学管理体系令人担忧。因此,高职院校的教学管理必须进行改革,要满足新时代的需求,要多以服务者的角色出现,以学生和企业为根本,只有这样,高职院校才能适应时代的发展,为社会源源不断的输送高质量的人才。本文主要探讨基于新时代下高职院校教学的探索。
Under the new era, vocational colleges are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The teaching management in higher vocational colleges has a direct impact on the overall quality of qualified personnel. At present, the teaching management system in vocational colleges is cause for concern. Therefore, the teaching management of higher vocational colleges must be reformed.
