中职学校校内生产性实训基地建设是职业学校人才进行技能及素质培养的重要渠道,在突出职业学校特色、提高学生综合素质、推动校企合作、培养社会应用型人才等方面成效显著。结合实践经验,通过对中职学校校内生产性实训基地的建设原则、教学模式、考核方式等内容的总结分析,阐述了中职学校校内生产性实训基地的建设策略,探讨最适合中职学校教学及学生专业发展的校内生产性实训基地模式。
The construction of practical training bases in secondary vocational schools is an important channel for vocational school personnel to carry out their skills and qualities.
