本文以双管扩散炉炉温自控系统的硬软件设计为基础,阐述新的 A/D 及 D/A 转换方法,以求降低成本,提高精度和简化系统结构。
In this paper, based on hardware and software design of double tube diffusion furnace temperature control system, the new A / D and D / A conversion methods are described in order to reduce costs, improve accuracy and simplify the system structure.
