利用容器可以有效地消除压缩机管道系统内的气流脉动,从而达到消除管道机械振动的目的。但是,如果设置不当则会引起管道内的气柱共振,给机械振动提供更加巨大的激振力。在利用容器消除其它机械的空气动力性噪声方面也存在同样的问题。本文分析了容器消减气流脉动的机理,说明了怎样设置容器才能取得良好的消振消声效果,指出衰减器有效性评价准则中存在的问题,并通过实验验证了本文的主要结论。
The use of vessels can effectively eliminate the pulsation of air flow in the compressor piping system, so as to eliminate the mechanical vibration of the pipeline. However, improper setting can cause air column resonance in the pipeline and provide more exciting force to the mechanical vibration. The same problem also exists in using containers to eliminate the aerodynamic noise of other machines. This paper analyzes the mechanism of container air flow attenuation, shows how to set the container in order to achieve a good damping effect on the noise reduction, points out the problems in the evaluation criteria of the effectiveness of the attenuator, and verifies the main conclusions of this paper through experiments.
