目的为与海马结构形态改变相关的疾病提供线性测量指标。方法选取31例成人头部横断面标本,观测海马面积、海马矢径、海马横径、颞叶钩回间距,数据经标准化处理后分析海马矢径、海马横径、颞叶钩回间距与海马面积的相关性。结果海马结构横径标准化前后性别间有差异(P<0.01);数据经方差齐性检验后,利用Pearson相关分析显示:海马矢径标准化前后与海马面积显著正相关(P<0.01);海马横径标准化前后与海马面积呈显著正相关(P<0.05);钩回间距标准化前后与海马面积呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论海马矢径、海马横径、钩回间距可以作为研究海马形态变化的线性参考指标。
Purpose To provide a linear measure of disease associated with structural changes in the hippocampus. Methods Totally 31 adult head cross-sectional specimens were selected to observe the changes of hippocampal area, hippocampal radius, hippocampal diameter and temporal lobe clearance. After normalized data, the mean values of hippocampal radius, hippocampal diameter, temporal lobe hook spacing and hippocampus Area of relevance. Results There was a significant difference in gender between the normal and normal controls of hippocampal formation (P <0.01). After homogeneity of variance test, Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between hippocampal area and normalization of hippocampal radius (P <0.01) There was a significant positive correlation between normalization and hippocampal area (P <0.05). Before and after normalization of hooking distance, the area of hippocampus was significantly negatively correlated (P <0.01). Conclusion The radius of hippocampus, the diameter of hippocampus and the distance between hooks can be used as a linear reference index to study the morphological changes of hippocampus.
