由冶金工业部科学技术司组织的“全国转炉炼钢技术研讨会”于1992年9月1日至4日在河南省巩义市竹林山庄宾馆召开。此会的中心议题是如何把“钢的品种质量、节能降耗、达产增效和实现科学炼钢”落实到实处。该会着重研讨了三个问题:①如何发挥已经形成或即将形成的现代化炼钢短流程工艺的作用,并在品种质量上有较大进展;②怎样提高现有中小型转炉炼钢的现代化水平,促进全连铸车间的实现;③拟定转炉炼钢在“品种质量、节能降耗、达产增效”中的具体措施等等。
The “National Converter Steelmaking Technology Symposium” organized by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry was held in Zhulin Villa Hotel, Gongyi City, Henan Province from September 1 to 4, 1992. The central issue of this conference is how to implement “quality of steel varieties, energy saving, production efficiency and scientific steelmaking”. The conference will focus on three issues: (1) how to play the role of modern steelmaking short-stream process that has been or will soon be formed, and has made great progress in the quality of varieties; (2) how to improve the modernization of existing small and medium-sized converter steelmaking , To promote the realization of full continuous casting workshop; ③ to formulate the converter steelmaking in the “variety quality, energy saving, production efficiency” in the concrete measures and so on.
