通过观察分析颗粒增强复合材料 ABS/Ti O2 铣削加工表面的轮廓线和 SEM形貌 ,发现至少存在 3层相似子结构 ,且有确定的分形维数 ,说明 A BS/Ti O2 铣削加工表面具有分形特征。探讨了胶接件表面形貌对胶接强度的影响 ,并建立了单面搭接接头拉伸剪切强度 (简称拉剪强度 )的分形模型 ,为揭示胶接件表面形貌与胶接强度之间的内在联系作了初步探索。
