比较分析了环切和叶面喷施GA处理对宫川温州蜜柑的成花数量以及成花过程中一年生秋梢的内源GA和叶片中RNA、DNA含量的影响。结果表明,环切处理显著促进成花和降低梢中内源GA含量,提高了花芽生理分化期叶片RNA含量和RNA/DNA值;叶面喷施GA处理则完全抑制了成花,在生理分化期显著提高了秋梢中内源GA含量,减少了叶片RNA含量和RNA/DNA值。环切、喷施GA以及对照三个处理的内源GA含量都有一个相似的动态趋势,即在1月下2月中降低,3月明显上升,可能是物候环境因子影响的结果。
The effects of circumstance cutting and foliar spray GA treatments on the number of flower buds and the content of RNA and DNA in endogenous GA and leaves of one year old shoots during flowering were analyzed.
