The completion of the sequencing of the human genome sequencing has marked that life sciences have entered the post-genomic era and are also known as the era of group learning revolution. With the constant improvement of science and technology, proteomics technology is widely used in nutrition research and provides a reliable reference for the study of nutrition-related diseases such as obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. This article will address proteomics techniques and their role in nutrition research.
