3 有关COTS技术分析 军用C~4＆WCS系统是高度综合的系统,它跨越很多技术领域。在这些技术中,有些可能是商用流行系统(COTS),而另一些是专门设计的系统。COTS技术怎样才能适合军事C~4＆WCS系统的应用呢?为了回答这个问题,我们必须分析有关COTS技术。 这一实践的目的不是断定什么技术现在能够用于挪威护卫舰的C~4＆WCS系统,而是介绍一种对问题的综述。由于COTS技术的适用性是时间的函数(见第一章),即将设计挪威护卫舰系统时,必须在今后任何情况下都能重新进行这些分析。然而,在设计过程中,某些技术可能已不适用。
3 COTS Technical Analysis Military C ~ 4 & WCS systems are highly integrated systems that span many technical areas. Some of these technologies may be commercial popular systems (COTS), while others are purpose-built systems. How can COTS technology fit the military C-4 & WCS system? To answer this question, we have to analyze the COTS technology. The purpose of this practice is not to determine what technology is now available for C-4 & WCS systems in Norwegian frigates, but to present an overview of the issues. Since the applicability of COTS technology is a function of time (see Chapter 1), it is imperative that these analyzes be re-conducted in any future scenario when the Norwegian frigate system is about to be designed. However, some technologies may not be suitable during the design process.
