对信息技术革新的适应以及对地球环境的考虑,导致现代产业必须走一条可持续发展的道路。日本学者山田奖认为,目前的制度框架对加速度进行中的变化不能完全的适应。能够适应变化的新的产业领域的创出、能够促进新产业开发的经济环境的培育、以及使其成为可能的社会体制的变革已经成为时代的强烈要求。只有对未来的健全发展有着强烈意识的新兴产业的成长机会,才是开辟新天地的活水源头。
Adaptation to information technology innovations and considerations of the Earth’s environment have led modern industry to take a path of sustainable development.
