笔者想说的是,中国经济要想做些科学的分析,几乎不具备最基本的前提条件。首先,分析中国经济问题缺乏最关键的指标。就宏观经济来说,关键经济指标主要有价格、就业、收入等,其中就业尤其重要,是最核心的指标。但是,遗憾的是,60多年以来,我国没有统计、也没有公开过全国的失业率指标,没有一个度量全社会失业人数是多少的指标。目前统计公布的失业人数指标只是各地区城镇的登记失业率,只是拥有城市户籍的人口自愿来主动登记的失业人数,而我国正处于工业化
What the author wants to say is that if China’s economy wants to do some scientific analysis, it hardly has the most basic preconditions. First, there is a lack of the most critical indicators for analyzing China’s economic problems. In macroeconomics, the key economic indicators are price, employment, income, etc. Among them, employment is particularly important and is the core indicator. However, it is regrettable that for over 60 years there has been no statistics in our country and no public unemployment rate indicator has been published in the country. There is no indicator measuring the number of unemployed people in the entire society. The current statistics on the number of unemployed are only the registered unemployment rate of urban and rural areas in various regions but only the number of unemployed persons volunteered to voluntarily register with the urban household population while our country is under industrialization
