升板法是目前国内外建筑施工中一项先进的施工方法。其基本原理是在施工现场就地重叠浇捣建筑物的屋盖和楼板,在立好柱子后,以柱子为导架,用提升设备把屋盖和楼板提升到设计高度。这和通常的施工方法从下往上一层层地施工有了根本的改变,它是从上向下一层层地施工。升板法施工的主要优点是节省模板;不需多占施工场地;提升操作简单,不需大型起重设备;减少高空作业、施工现场整洁等。
Rising plate method is an advanced construction method in the construction of buildings at home and abroad. The basic principle is to superimpose the roof and floor of the building on the construction site. After the pillar is erected, the pillar is used as the guide frame and the lifting device is used to lift the roof and the floor to the designed height. This and the usual construction methods have undergone fundamental changes from the bottom to the top. The construction is done from top to bottom. The main advantages of the riser construction method are the saving of the formwork; no need for more construction site; simple lifting operation, no need for large lifting equipment; and reduction of aerial work and tidy construction sites.
