应用耻骨后保留尿道前列腺切除术治疗前列腺增生症34例。结果所有患者术后首次排尿通畅，无尿失禁及血尿，平均留置尿管5天，无需膀胱冲洗。术后随访6～40个月，排尿通畅有力，保持术前性生活状况，疗效满意。对切除前列腺腺体时防止尿道损伤、减少术中出血等操作要点进行讨论，认为此手术保留了尿道完整性，术后恢复快、痛苦小，并发症少，生活质量高，是治疗前列腺增生症较理想的手术方法。
