为了探究一种高效的甜瓜白粉病苗期抗病性鉴定方法,笔者以薄皮甜瓜自交系‘KR-89’为试验材料,对接种方法(喷雾法、刷叶法、摩擦法)、接种时期(1叶1心、2叶1心、3叶1心)、接种浓度(2×104、2×106、2×108个·m L~(-1))进行了系统研究。结果表明,甜瓜白粉病苗期最佳接种方法为喷雾法,发病率为96.66%,且操作简单易行;当幼苗长到2叶1心时,接种后发病快、发病率高,为94.66%,是最佳的接种时期;甜瓜白粉病苗期接种最适宜的孢子悬浮液浓度为2×106个·m L~(-1),发病率为96.00%。
In order to explore an effective method for disease resistance identification of melon powdery mildew at seedling stage, the author inoculated the methods of inoculation (spraying, brushing, rubbing) (1 leaf 1 heart, 2 leaves 1 heart, 3 leaves 1 heart), inoculation concentration (2 × 104, 2 × 106, 2 × 108 个 · m L -1) were studied systematically. The results showed that the optimum inoculation method for melon powdery mildew was spraying method, the incidence rate was 96.66%, and the operation was simple and easy. When the seedlings grew to 2 leaves and 1 heart, the onset was rapid and the incidence was 94.66% , Which was the best inoculation period. The most suitable spore suspension concentration for melon powdery mildew was 2 × 106 m · L -1, the incidence was 96.00%.
