目前纺织大中型项目(包话石化和化工系统)共计59项,其中“七五”结转的有12项,石化、化工系统的9项,由纺织总会核准并归口的项目共38项,包括5个限上技改项目.从纺织总会归口的38个项目进展情况看,1992年已批开工的项目有2个(上海聚脂、广州聚脂);1993年己批开工的项目有5个(海南聚脂、海口锦纶帘子布、仪征三期工程、无锡涤纶二业丝、浙江聚脂);1994年拟列入新开工的项目8个(自贡聚脂、唐山粕胶、苏州聚脂、新全聚脂、潍坊粘胶、北海粘胶、山边已内酞胺、济南锦纶长丝);拟新开工的限上技改项目5个(黑龙江聚脂、哈尔滨人造丝、丹东粘胶、保定人造丝、平顶山锦纶帘子布);已经国家批准立项,有些作为1994年开工前期准备,有些正待批准可研报告以及正在编制可行性研究报告的项目共12个(吉林腈纶、珠诲PTA、宜昌聚脂、湘潭聚脂、石家庄聚脂、北京聚脂、山西锦纶帘子布、开山屯粘胶、辽麻工
