几项研究显示血小板参与了炎症性肠病(IBD)的发病机制。血小板计数增加与疾病活动有关,但IBD病人血小板平均体积(MPV)减小是否也与疾病有关尚不清楚,本研究旨在评估MPV是否是IBD活动性的有用标志。
Several studies have shown that platelets are involved in the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Increased platelet counts are associated with disease activity, but it is unclear whether reduced platelet mean volume (MPV) is associated with the disease in IBD patients. The aim of this study was to evaluate whether MPV is a useful marker of IBD activity.
