针对钢包连续燃烧烘烤器的诸多缺点,例如燃料利用率低、设备相对复杂、运行不稳定、NOx排放高等,宝钢特钢在钢包烘烤器上采用了脉冲燃烧技术。介绍了钢包脉冲燃烧烘烤器的组成、原理以及性能。同时针对脉冲燃烧技术在钢包烘烤器上应用的一些问题,提出了解决方案。该技术的使用,使得天然气消耗比采用连续燃烧烘烤器的降低了30%,NOx排放也大幅减少,为企业带来了很大的经济效益。
In view of the disadvantages of ladle continuous burning roaster, such as low fuel efficiency, complicated equipment, unstable operation and high NOx emission, Baosteel’s special steel adopts pulsed combustion technology on the ladle roaster. The composition, principle and performance of ladle pulse burning roaster are introduced. At the same time, aiming at some problems of pulse combustion technology applied on ladle roaster, a solution is put forward. The use of this technology has resulted in a 30% reduction in natural gas consumption over the use of continuous fired roasters and a significant reduction in NOx emissions, which has brought great economic benefits to the enterprise.
