病例报告患者栗××,住院号87047,“男性”,20岁,未婚大学生,1962年8月20日入院。主訴为二年来乳房增大如女性及一年来偶而排尿后有鮮血从尿道滴出。患者出生后作为男性长大,有正常阴茎和阴囊,但右侧阴囊内无睪丸。近二年来自觉乳房逐渐增大,至入院时乳房发育如成年女性,声音变细。近二年来开始有性欲,愿接近女性,并考虑过找女性对象结婚问题,性欲冲动
