1998年9月,香港乃至整个东南亚刚刚从金融危机的恶梦中醒来,众多投资者在这场恶梦中损失殆尽。人们对亚洲经济发展建立起的信心开始动摇,在这样的背景下,由中国科技信息杂志社、金融时报和科技日报共同主办的“风险投资进入中国’98高层研讨会”在北京保利大厦降重召开。来自全国各地的投资者、企业家和首都新闻机构的120余名代表参加了这次会议,全国人大副委员长成思危作了《努力促进我国的风险投资事业》的重要报告。与会的专家、学者对风险投资在中国往何处去、中国未来的经济增长等问题进行了广泛的讨论。为我们提供了重要启示。
