2015年11月3日,中国科学技术协会、教育部、国家新闻出版广电总局、中国科学院、中国工程院联合发文,最新提出科技期刊办刊发展方向和创新服务指导原则,内容摘转如下:(1)大力支持我国各类公共资金资助的优秀科研成果优先在我国中英文科技期刊上发表,便于国内学术界第一时间获取和利用,着力解决我国科研成果在国外科技期刊发表后带来的知识产权、使用权、传播权等问题。
