高职院校必须进一步重视提升毕业生就业质量,尤其是要做到“七个坚持”:坚持不断增强提高毕业生就业质量的认识;坚持准确定位人才培养模式;坚持科学设置与调整办学专业;坚持牢固树立人才培养在学院工作中的中心地位;坚持推进产教深度融合与校企紧密合作;坚持全方位提高学生综合素质;坚持搞好学生职业规划和就业指导、创业教育。
