目的探讨早期妊娠流产方法选择的影响因素。方法对216例早孕妇女进行问卷调查,按照妇女自愿选择流产方法的不同,分为药物流产组,一般手术流产组和无痛人工流产组,分析选择不同方法的原因。结果在有同等机会选择流产方法时,多数年轻、未婚者选择药物流产,其中经济条件好的选择无痛人工流产,而经济条件较差者选择常规一般手术流产。结论妇女对流产方法的认识并不全面,在选择流产方法时涉及许多问题,医生应尽可能为妇女提供适宜方法。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of abortion choice in early pregnancy. Methods A total of 216 early pregnancy women were surveyed. According to the different methods of voluntary abortion women were divided into medical abortion group, general surgical abortion group and painless induced abortion group. The reasons for choosing different methods were analyzed. Results When there is an equal opportunity to choose abortion method, most young and unmarried people choose medical abortion. Among them, painless artificial abortion with good economic conditions and general poor surgical abortion with poor economic conditions. Conclusions Women’s understanding of the abortion method is not comprehensive. There are many problems involved in choosing the abortion method. Physicians should provide suitable methods for women as much as possible.
