本文论述电话网非话音传输(Non-Voice Transmission,NVT)业务微机监测系统的设计与实现方法。本研完工作,将随机过程最佳检测、模式匹配分析、数字信号处理等理论,应用于NVT监测系统设计,提出了状态转移序列和容错测试算法,有效地解决了强干扰电话信道上的信号实时分析的可靠性问题,在现场运行中获得了准确的测试结果。 本课题解决了高技术发展向电信网管理提出的新问题。该研究成果,适用于公用电话网或专用电话网内各种程控数字交换机和机电式交换机,对NVT传输的监测。
This article discusses the design and implementation of a computer monitoring system for Non-Voice Transmission (NVT) services. In this work, the theory of optimal detection of stochastic process, pattern matching analysis, digital signal processing and so on is applied to the design of NVT monitoring system. The state transition sequence and fault-tolerant testing algorithm are proposed, which effectively solves the problem of signals on strong interfering telephone channel Real-time analysis of the reliability issues in the field operation to obtain accurate test results. This topic has solved the new problem put forward by high-tech development to telecom network management. The research results are applicable to the monitoring of NVT transmission in various programmed digital switches and electromechanical switches in the public telephone network or private telephone network.
