目的建立植物源性食品中稀土元素的ICP-MS分析方法。方法样品经微波消解前处理后,用ICP-MS进行分析测定,以103 Rh作为内标用以校正基体效应和灵敏度漂移。结果对于所测16种稀土元素,定量限为0.043~1.43μg/kg,各元素测定的RSD(n=6)为2.07%~5.64%。分析测试2种国家标准参考物质茶叶和灌木枝叶,其实验测定值在标样参考值的置信区间内。结论该方法可用于植物源性食品中16种稀土元素含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of rare earth elements in plant-derived food by ICP-MS. Methods Samples were pre-treated by microwave digestion and analyzed by ICP-MS. 103 Rh was used as an internal standard to correct matrix effects and sensitivity drift. Results For the 16 rare earth elements tested, the limit of quantification was 0.043-1.43 μg / kg. The RSD (n = 6) of each element was 2.07% -5.64%. Analysis and testing of two kinds of national standard reference material tea leaves and shrubs, the experimental determination of the standard reference value within the confidence interval. Conclusion The method can be used for the determination of 16 rare earth elements in plant-derived foods.
