财政支出是政府促进农业发展的必要手段,农业作为维系国民经济社的基础性行业,而河南省作为传统农业大省,因此本文针对河南省农业的财政支持,分析河南省财政农业投资和产出之间的实证关系,主要采用J协整检验、建立双变量回归模型来探讨河南省财政农业投入与农业总产出的长期及短期的影响。
Fiscal expenditure is the necessary means for the government to promote agricultural development. As a basic industry to maintain the national economy and agriculture, Henan Province, as a major traditional agricultural province, therefore, this paper analyzes the financial investment and output of Henan Province for the financial support of agriculture in Henan Province Empirical analysis, the main use of J cointegration test, the establishment of a two-variable regression model to explore the financial and agricultural investment in Henan Province, the total and long-term agricultural output impact.
