目的观察沙利度胺对癌性恶病质小鼠恶病质状态的影响,探讨沙利度胺治疗癌性恶病质的作用机制。方法建立C57小鼠癌性恶病质模型,观察沙利度胺对恶病质小鼠的一般状况,如体重、摄食量、饮水量的影响,观察与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的水平变化。结果沙利度胺能明显增加癌性恶病质小鼠摄食量及饮水量,抑制体重下降(P<0.05),可显著降低TNF-α和IL-6的水平(P<0.05),与甲羟孕酮相比无显著性差异。结论沙利度胺通过降低血清TNF-α和IL-6的水平来改善癌性恶病质症状,调节代谢紊乱。
Objective To observe the effect of thalidomide on cachexia in mice with cancerous cachexia and to explore the mechanism of thalidomide in treating malignant cachexia. Methods The model of cancerous cachexia in C57 mice was established. The effects of thalidomide on cachexia, body weight, food intake and water intake were observed. The effects of thalidomide on tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin -6 (IL-6) level changes. Results Thalidomide could significantly increase the food intake and water intake of cancerous cachexia mice and inhibit the weight loss (P <0.05), and significantly reduce the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 (P <0.05) There was no significant difference between ketones. Conclusion Thalidomide can ameliorate the symptoms of cancerous cachexia by regulating the levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 and regulate the metabolic disorder.
