本文应用含有5%硝苯吡啶和2%氮酮的乳膏,对17例Ⅰ—Ⅱ期高血压患者胸前区外敷,结果8h 后舒张压明显下降(p<0.01),维持时间达24h 或更久,本方法为延长硝笨吡啶作用时间,减少该药副作用提供了新的途径。
In this study, 17 cases of stage I-II hypertensive patients were topically applied with a cream containing 5% nifedipine and 2% Azone. The results showed that diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly after 8 hours (p <0.01), maintained for 24 hours or For a long time, this method provides a new way for prolonging the action time of nitrendipine and reducing the side effects of the drug.
