复兴门立交上部结构采用钢绞线预应力后张工艺。原拟采用703锚具,但由于某些客观条件的限制,未能实现。在试验703锚具的过程中,我们发现钢绞线嵌入锚塞上的线槽后产生相当大的摩阻力,受这一现象的启示,并考虑到其它因素,决定采用钢制锚围、并在内壁设置嵌线槽,而锚塞则改为光面、并适当减少锥度,以提高顶锁效果,改善锚固性能,减少飞销的可能。
The Fuxingmen overpass upper structure adopts strand prestressed post-tensioning technology.
