随着我国经济发展水平的不断提高,预拌商品混凝土产业在近十年来得到了飞速发展。在产能严重过剩和市场需求萎缩的双重挤压下,如何提高预拌商品混凝土企业的管理、决策的效率和水平,降低生产经营成本,提高产品质量,降低运营风险,信息化建设显得尤为重要。本文以混凝土企业为基础,对企业的信息化建设提出相关的思路和建议,从而提高公司的盈利能力和市场竞争力,增加企业可持续经营能力。
With the continuous improvement of the level of economic development in our country, the ready-mixed commodity concrete industry has witnessed rapid development in recent ten years. Under the double squeeze of serious overcapacity and shrinking market demand, how to improve the efficiency and level of management and decision-making of pre-mixed commodity concrete enterprises, reduce production and operation costs, improve product quality and reduce operational risks and information construction are particularly important. Based on the concrete enterprise, this article puts forward some relevant ideas and suggestions on the informatization construction of the enterprise, so as to improve the profitability and market competitiveness of the company and increase the enterprise’s sustainable management ability.
