镁离子参与多种酶的代谢过程。镁与心脏疾患有着密切的关系,心衰时常伴有低镁血症。本文报告8例顽固性心衰病人,均经应用吸氧、强心、利尿等综合治疗2周后心衰未能控制,后加用硫酸镁治疗获得满意效果,且未发现不良反应。作者认为,对顽固性心衰患者,可进行试验性补镁治疗。
Magnesium ions are involved in the metabolism of many enzymes. Magnesium and heart disease have a close relationship, heart failure often accompanied by hypomagnesemia. This article reports 8 patients with refractory heart failure, both by the application of oxygen, cardiac, diuretic and other comprehensive treatment of heart failure after 2 weeks failed to control, after the addition of magnesium sulfate treatment to obtain satisfactory results, and no adverse reactions were found. The authors believe that patients with refractory heart failure, experimental magnesium supplements can be treated.
