目的:研究川芎提取物对大鼠主动脉环及小鼠耳廓微循环障碍的影响。方法:观察并记录川芎提取物和对照药物维拉帕米对由氯化钾和去甲肾上腺素引起的大鼠离体主动脉环收缩的抑制作用;进行小鼠耳廓微循环试验,观察并记录小鼠耳廓微循环细静脉、细动脉血管口径、血流速度、毛细血管开放量等指标。结果:1、维拉帕米对氯化钾与去甲肾上腺素引起的大鼠主动脉收缩的有明显的拮抗作用,川芎提取物对此收缩未表现出明显作用;2、川芎提取物6g/kg、3g/kg组小鼠耳微动脉、微静脉血流速度有显著增加;川芎提取物6g/kg、3g/kg、1.5g/kg组微动脉、微静脉有不同程度的扩张作用,川芎提取物6g/kg组小鼠耳廓毛细血管交叉网开放数目均有明显增加。结论:川芎提取物体外对氯化钾和去甲肾上腺素所致大鼠主动脉收缩未见明显直接抑制作用;但动物经口给药后,对盐酸肾上腺素致小鼠耳廓微循环障碍有明显的改善作用。
