本文叙述了2350四辊中板轧机压力模型参数的确定过程:介绍了测定金属变形阻力K的试验方法,研究了变形温度,变形速度及变形程度等因素对变形阻力影响的规律。并用现场实测数据作等加权回归分析,进行对应力状态系数Q_P模型参数的确定。为建立正确合理的轧制表,提高产品质量提供了理论根据。
This paper describes the process of determining the pressure model parameters of a 2350 four-roll plate mill. The test method for determining the deformation resistance K of metal is introduced. The influence of deformation temperature, deformation speed and degree of deformation on the deformation resistance is studied. And using the field measured data for equal weight regression analysis, the stress state coefficient Q_P model parameters are determined. In order to establish a correct and reasonable rolling table, improve product quality provides a theoretical basis.
