当前在涉电经济纠纷案件中,因停电而引起的纠纷案件不断增多,用户通过不同方式要求供电企业予以赔偿损失。这一方面体现了用户的法律意识在不断增强,另一方面也体现停电给供电企业带来了法律风险。由此可见,如何正确对待停电和妥善处理此类涉电纠纷,必须引起供电企业的关注,从法律层面上进行深入探讨。
In the current economic disputes involving electricity, the number of disputes caused by power outages continues to increase, and users require compensation from loss-making enterprises through different ways. On the one hand, this shows that the user’s awareness of the law is constantly on the increase, and on the other hand it also shows that the blackout has brought legal risks to the power supply enterprises. Thus, how to handle the power outage properly and properly deal with such disputes involving power must lead to the concern of the power supply companies, from the legal level to conduct in-depth discussions.
