为什么儿童容易铅超标、铅中毒? 在人体大脑中,铅毒性作用的主要目标组织是海马回和大脑皮层。血脑屏障是防止铅进入神经系统,避免引起神经毒性作用的重要防御结构。而儿童的血脑屏障发育尚未健全,这样,铅毒侵袭机会就会大大增加。 *儿童铅吸收率及在体内滞留的时间是成人的5—8倍,铅在体内吸收多,排泄少。 *铅为亲神经毒物,极易透过儿童未发育健全的血脑屏障,造成对儿童大脑的损害。
