涉猎浩如烟海的兵书、文籍,以及纷繁复杂的古代战例,发见历代兵家既珍视、推崇赏罚在治军中的特殊作用,称其为“军中要务”,又十分讲究“赏罚之道”。赏罚,乃治军之通律。凡有战斗力的部队,无一不是赏罚严明之师。本文仅就古代军队之赏罚原则作一窥视。笔者将兵法典章和治军史迹所论述古代军队赏罚原则概括为如下十条:
The numerous military writings, books, and numerous ancient examples of warfare were taken from the vast sea of history. They noted that both military officers of ancient dynasties cherished the special role of reward and punishment in the military administration and called it “the important task in the military.” They also paid great attention to the “reward and punishment path.” Reward and punishment, is the rule of the military. All combat units, are all rewards and punishments division. This article only makes a peek at the principle of reward and punishment by the ancient army. The author summarizes the principles of rewards and punishment of the ancient army as discussed in the ordinances of military law and the historical relics of the army as follows:
