目的 了解清远地区健康人群不同年龄、职业的SARS冠状病毒 (简称SARS -CoV)抗体水平状况。通过对SARS流行后期 (非疫区 )健康人群血清中SARS -CoV抗体水平调查 ,以发现是否存在隐性感染 ,确定易感人群和高危人群 ,寻找与病源有关的人群和动物。方法 2 0 0 3年 8月~ 2 0 0 4年 1月 ,采集该地区各县区不同年龄、不同职业的健康人群血液 ,用酶联免疫法检测血清中SARS -CoV抗体IgG水平。结果 共检测健康人血清 42 68份 ,SARS -CoV抗体IgG阳性率为 0 75 %(3 2 /4 2 68) ,其中 1~ 6岁年龄组的阳性率为 1 5 4% (15 /975 ) ,7~ 12岁年龄组的阳性率为 1 2 3 % (8/65 1) ,13~ 18岁年龄组的阳性率为 0 3 3 % (1/3 0 6) ,19岁~成年年龄组的阳性率为 0 3 4% (8/2 3 3 6)。 2 64 2份不同职业的健康人群阳性率为 12 5 0 %(3 /2 4) ,其他职业健康人群的阳性率为 0 2 3 % (6/2 618)。结论 该地区SARS -CoV抗体水平比较低 ,低龄组 (1~ 12岁 )健康人群SARS -CoV抗体IgG阳性率高于高龄组 (13岁~成年 )组健康人群的阳性率 ;从事野生动物屠宰职业的健康人群SARS -CoV抗体IgG阳性率高于其他健康人群的阳性率。提示SARS -CoV可能存在隐性感染、隐性传播和隐生感染聚集性 ;也提示从事野生动物屠宰职业的人群可能
Objective To understand the antibody levels of SARS-CoV (SARS-CoV) patients of different ages and occupations in healthy population in Qingyuan. Through the investigation of SARS-CoV antibody levels in the serum of healthy people in the latter part of the SARS epidemic (non-infected area) to find out the existence of latent infection, the susceptible population and the high-risk population were identified to find the populations and animals related to the disease source. Methods From August 2003 to January 2004, blood samples were collected from healthy people of different ages and occupations in all districts and counties in the region. Serum levels of SARS-CoV IgG were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results A total of 4268 serum samples were collected from healthy volunteers. The positive rate of SARS-CoV IgG was 0 75% (3 2/4 2 68), of which 15.4% (15/975) , The positive rate was 123% (8/65 1) in the age group of 7 to 12 years old, the positive rate was 13% (1/3 0 6) in the age group of 13 to 18 years old, the age of 19 to the adult age group The positive rate was 0 3 4% (8/2 3 3 6). The positive rate of 2 645 healthy people in different occupations was 125% (3/2 4) while the positive rate of other occupationally healthy people was 0 2 3% (6/2 618). Conclusions The SARS-CoV antibody level in this area is relatively low. The positive rate of SARS-CoV antibody IgG in healthy population of young age group (1-12 years old) is higher than that of healthy group in advanced age group (13 years old to 20 years old).
