为探讨胃底静脉曲张的Ｘ线检查方法，以提高胃底静脉曲张诊断准确率。回顾性分析经证实的胃底静脉曲张３１例。全部病例都按常规作双对比造影检查，并有显示贲门区较满意的右下半卧位双对比片。结果肿块状８例；结节状１６例；环行皱襞６例；蚯蚓状８例。右下半卧位双对比摄片是显示胃底静脉曲张最佳体位。仔细分析胃底静脉曲张的Ｘ线表现，密切结合临床表现、超声、ＣＴ和内镜检查可提高胃底静脉曲张诊断准确率。
To explore the X-ray examination of gastric varices in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of gastric varices. Retrospective analysis of 31 cases of confirmed gastric varices. All cases are routinely compared for double contrast radiography and cardiac area showed a more satisfactory right lower half of the double contrast. Results of mass in 8 cases; nodular in 16 cases; ring folds in 6 cases; earthworm-like 8 cases. The right lower half of the dual contrast radiography is the best place to show varicose veins. Careful analysis of the varicose veins of the X-ray findings, combined with clinical manifestations, ultrasound, CT and endoscopy can improve the diagnostic accuracy of gastric varices.
