目的探讨药物治疗对重症肌无力者疗效分析。方法选取2011年5月至2013年9月,我科室收治的重症肌无力患者20例,对临床病理分析后综合用药治疗。结果用药治疗显示溴吡斯的明对球部和骨骼肌无力起效百分比为65%。新斯的明对四肢肌无力起效百分比为75%,药物显效比未用药前有明显差别。结论根据不同病因合理选择用药对治疗重症肌无力有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of drug therapy in patients with myasthenia gravis. Methods Twenty patients with myasthenia gravis treated in our department from May 2011 to September 2013 were enrolled in the study. Results The drug treatment showed that the effective percentage of imipenem to ball and skeletal muscle weakness was 65%. Neostigmine on the limb muscle weakness of the onset of 75%, drug significantly better than before without significant difference. Conclusion According to different causes of rational choice of medication for the treatment of myasthenia gravis has important significance.
