以山西某矿回采巷道掘进过程中出现的巷道超高段(最高7.5 m)为研究对象,采用数值分析的手段演算了巷道高3.5~7.5 m过程中围岩塑性区的工程响应特征。描述了巷高变化过程中围岩破坏类型形式的转化过程。阐明了该类型巷道围岩控制的关键部位及支护思路,并提出了相应的支护技术。通过工程实践验证了该类型巷道支护的指导思想和支护技术的科学性,具体支护参数应视不同地质条件而定。
Taking the ultrahigh section of the roadway (up to 7.5 m) appearing in the excavation of a mining roadway in Shanxi as the research object, the engineering response characteristics of the plastic zone in the surrounding rock during high 3.5 ~ 7.5 m of the roadway are calculated by means of numerical analysis. Describes the transformation process of the type of surrounding rock failure in the process of laneway height change. Clarified the key part of this type of roadway surrounding rock control and supporting ideas, and put forward the corresponding support technology. The engineering practice has verified the guiding principle and the scientific support technology of this type of roadway support. The specific support parameters should depend on different geological conditions.
