酸洗是冷轧的关键工序,酸洗工艺参数的设定和控制对带钢酸洗质量影响很大。在收集大量酸洗工艺段样本数据的基础上,利用人工神经网络,设计并训练酸洗工艺参数设定仿真模块、酸洗工艺参数控制仿真模块和酸洗工艺段仿真模块,实现了冷轧机组酸洗工艺段仿真系统,以数字化的方式存储和连接现场的经验和知识,指导现场酸洗工艺参数的设定和控制,以提高带钢酸洗质量。
