价值工程是一门新兴的管理技术。它的问世仅四十余年,以其对技术、对社会生产力不断创新、提高的姿态,对企业、对国家经济效益大幅度增长的事实,被迅速地普及于世界各国。这门管理技术生命力之所以这样强,除了有其创造性、效益性、易普及等特点之外,认真总结起来是有其深刻的哲学内涵的。挖掘其哲学内涵有助于深入理解和完善这门管理技术,有助于企业技术进步与经济效益的提高。因此,本文拟从辩证法角度谈几点对价值工程的理解和认识。
Value engineering is a new management technology. Since its introduction only for more than 40 years, it has been rapidly popularized in countries all over the world with its continuous innovation and improvement of technology and social productivity, as well as the fact that the economic benefits of enterprises and the country have increased substantially. The reason why the vitality of this management technology is so strong is that, besides its characteristics of creativity, profitability, and easiness of popularization, it has profound philosophical connotations when it is seriously summed up. Excavating its philosophical connotations will help deepen the understanding and improvement of this management technology, and will contribute to the improvement of technological progress and economic efficiency of enterprises. Therefore, this paper intends to discuss several points of understanding and understanding of value engineering from the perspective of dialectic law.
