知识经济是富有生命力的、以知识产业为主导的经济,有别于工业经济、应农业经济的一种新型的经济,是建立在知识和信息的生产、分配和使用之上的经济。作为国民经济资源中的一种特殊资源,人力资源包含了空、时、量、质的属性在知识经济时代,人力资源在许多方面有着特殊要求,本文以知识经济时代为视角,着重讨论企业人力资源管理与开发。
Knowledge economy is a kind of vitality, a new economy which is dominated by the industry of knowledge, different from industrial economy and agricultural economy, and is based on the production, distribution and use of knowledge and information. As a special resource in the national economy resources, human resources contain the property of space, time, quantity and quality. In the era of knowledge economy, human resources have special requirements in many aspects. From the perspective of knowledge economy, this paper focuses on the human resources of enterprises Resource Management and Development.
