随着IT技术的深入发展,IT中小企业本身的服务与产品需求变动的多样化和个性化,各种创新的产品和服务不断出现,新技术日新月异,企业为了满足客户需要,也需要不断创新发展。由此,企业对员工技能的需求也不断发展变化,如何针对性的培训员工,使员工与企业发展相适应成为企业HR部门的重要大事。本文分析了IT中小企业培训存在的问题,提出了做好有效培训的对策,对IT企业的培训改进提供了一定的参考思路。
