培养创新型应用人才,是新建本科院校改革的目标和发展的方向。文章以当地经济社会需求及学生就业为导向,探索新建本科院校金属材料工程专业应用型人才培养的模式,围绕培养目标及规格,设置人才培养方案的理论体系和实践教学体系,开展多层次实践教学活动,突出应用型人才培养的实践教学特色,对新建本科院校在相类似工科专业建设中提供有益的借鉴。
To cultivate innovative talents is the goal and the direction of the reform of the newly-built undergraduate colleges. Based on the needs of local economy and society and the employment of students, this article explores the mode of cultivating applied talents of metal materials engineering specialty in new undergraduate colleges, sets the theoretical system and practice teaching system of personnel training programs according to the objectives and specifications, and conducts multi-level practice Teaching activities, highlighting practical teaching characteristics of practical talents, and provide useful reference for the construction of new undergraduate colleges in the similar engineering specialty construction.
