OBJECTIVE To study the effects of two different storage methods on the storage of erythrocyte during the storage of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), 2,3-diphosphoglycerate (2,3-DPG), pH value, Lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), free hemoglobin (FHb), K ~ + analysis of the impact of choice, the best place to choose to reduce storage damage, to ensure clinical safety and effective use of blood. Methods From September 2013 to January 2014, 20 bags of 2 U suspended erythrocytes were collected and divided into 1 U / bag on average. They were randomly divided into 20 groups in each of erect group and flat group, and stored in the same blood storage refrigerator . The levels of ATP, 2,3-DPG, pH, LDH, FHb and K + were measured at 0, 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35 days respectively. Measurement data were compared between groups using t test, analysis of variance within the group using repeated measures of data, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The ATP, 2,3-DPG, pH, LDH, FHb and K ~ + values of the two groups at different storage time were significantly different (all P <0.05). On the 14th, 21st, 28th and 35th days of storage, the contents of ATP, 2,3-DPG and pH were significantly higher in the flat group than those in the erect group, and the levels of LDH, FHb and K ~ + were all lower than those in the erect group (All P <0.05). Conclusion The storage of suspended erythrocyte bladders in parallel is more effective in reducing the storage injury of erythrocytes.
