郭梓林先生在他新出版的《企业游戏近距离文化观察》这部专著中写道:在徘徊中我近距离地观察和思考着文化中的企业与企业中的文化,并试图理解和阐释企业存在和发展上的人文意义。虽然我知道这些思考已经被古往今来的许多人思考过至少一千遍,但是,却仍然固执地相信:不是所有的人都了解那已经有过“一千遍”的思考,不是所有的人都像我这样思考那些“思考”……我们选载这部专著,意在引起企业界及其他从事或热爱企业文化建设的方方面面人士的关注,并从书中悟出些什么来。
